This 16-storey, 400,000 square feet Research and Development facility anchors the east end of a three-phase development which was designed to bring world-class academic research together with entrepreneurs, venture capital and professional services all under one roof.

MaRS Centre Parcel C serves as a hot house of commercial innovation in the explosive field of medically-related technology which integrates incubator space, laboratories, lecture theatre, commercial offices, retail and shared amenity areas as well as interior and exterior landscaped gardens, all this is housed within a clear and fritted glass sheathed tower. All so housed in the tower are modular laboratory facilities complete with requisite support and office areas. Each research area is incrementally extendable, designed to accommodate either expanded research programs or be easily modified to accommodate new areas of investigation.
